Most personalized items ship within 3–10 business days depending on the product.

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes — for logo orders we can send a proof for approval before we personalize your item.

Is the etching permanent?

Yes. Laser etching and engraving are permanent and dishwasher-safe on glassware; UV printing is cured for durability.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes — quantity pricing is shown on product pages, and corporate orders are welcome.
